  • Returns are accepted for products within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories, and protection film intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Eligible Items for Return

  • Standard Products: Eligible for return within 30 days if they are in new and unused condition.
  • Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized products (e.g., custom NFC cards, QR plaques), these items are non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged, or do not match the approved design proof.
  • Promotional Items: If your purchase included a free promotional item, it must also be returned in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless they arrived damaged or defective)
  • Digital downloads or electronic products
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Customized products (unless defective or incorrect)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if your item is eligible.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Once authorized, package the item securely and include the return authorization details. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Return Address: We will provide the return address in the return authorization email.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number, photos of the damaged/defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund after reviewing the case.

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed as described in the “Refunds and Processing Time” section above.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs if you are returning the item for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.
  • Review123-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

9. Refused Shipments or Incorrect Addresses

  • If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • Refunds for undeliverable shipments will exclude original shipping fees.
